The Body Shop Instablur & BB Cream Review ♡

Primers are a strange one for me, I've always had bad experiences with them from Benefit's The Porefessional to The Smashbox Photo Finish Primer. However, I think I've found my HG primer in this offering from The Body Shop.
It looks rather strange when coming out of the tube, it's rubbery and comes out in a clump, once you start working it in though it spreads out over the face leaving a velvet/satin like feel to it. I work it onto my nose, chin and forehead, leaving them smooth and pores blurred out ready for my foundation to be applied. As someone who has oily skin it helps to keep it at bay for up to 12 hours as well as keeping my makeup in place for longer.
It's amazing how much this has changed my makeup since I've started using this, I no longer need to blot and powder every couple of hours and nor do I need to touch up my foundation throughout the day. I really can't stress enough how much I love this!
However on the other end of the spectrum is the BB cream. When applying it comes out the bottle a white colour and then changes to match the skin when blended. My main gripe with the product is that it makes my skin have an orange tinge to it even though it seems to match my skin perfectly other than that? It's a really low coverage even for a BB cream. Being brutally honest it's probably one of the worst products I've spent my money on recently.
Has anyone had any positive experiences with the BB cream? Should I give it another go?
