What's in my bag?

Sunday, 24 January 2016
I don't know about you but I love what's in my bag posts, as a naturally nosey person it's great to see what hidden gems people have got scurried away in their bags. I'd just like to clarify that my bag was full of receipts, crumbs and some unidentifiable objects that I threw out in the process of doing this post just to make my pictures aesthetically pleasing. I am human I promise.

First of all let's start off with the bag! I got this bag as one of my birthday presents this year from Ted Baker. After much debate I chose the purple over the navy, although it has more chance with clashing with clothes you can't deny how gorgeous the colour is and I mainly wear dark clothes anyways. It comes with short handles to wear in the crook of your arm or an across body strap which always comes in handy when I'm trying to take pictures. It's deceivingly large which you wouldn't imagine when first looking at it and the leather is so soft! My little pom pom keyring is from Topshop, my cousins 'cat' got me it for Christmas. Yes, we're that family that buys each other presents from all our cats.
iPad mini
I've got a strangle relationship with my iPad, it's one of them things I wont touch for months then I'll go through a phase of using it all the time. At the moment I'm back in uni for lectures everyday and my iPad is a staple in my bag, them games of farmville and replying to emails is all that keeps me awake through lectures.
Purse
An obvious piece in any bag, I got this Vivienne Westwood purse off my boyfriend 2 or 3 Christmas's ago now and It's still in amazing condition! In here I have the obvious drivers license, bank card and 101 membership cards from boots, to my Labour Party membership and the Royal College of Nursing! Oh and about a million receipts.
iPod touch
I can't live without my iPod. I'm that girl sat on the train listening to Rammstein at an obscenely loud level receiving confused/dirty looks from everyone in the carriage.

Reading Glasses & Sunglasses
I bought these Rayban Clubmaster's for myself 3 years ago and I still love them just as much now as I did back then. My reading glasses are Dior and I adore them, they need to go everywhere with me my sights getting worse as I get older and the headaches from not wearing them is unbearable!
Cosmetics
In my pouch I got from one of My Little Box subscription boxes I carry cosmetics and other essentials. At the moment I've got the YSL Black Opium travel perfume in there with my Charlotte Tilbury Dolce Vita lip look. Oh and of course I have a tube of my beloved Eight Hour Cream in here!

Kindle
My boyfriend's family bought me my Kindle for my birthday back in October. Previous to this I'd been using the Kindle App on my iPad but I found that it was too heavy to hold for a long time and the glare on the screen was annoying. I love how compact this is and the battery life lasts for months!

  13. I didn't think anyone used an iPod touch! Ahah, very nice. I use my iPad as my e-reader! I can't carry loads of things around with me when I'm jumping trains and taxis in Manhattan.
