La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+ Unifant
Is it a tinted moisturiser? Or is it a spot treatment? For me it's the ultimate hybrid. Last month the lovely team over at La-Roche Posay got in touch and asked if I'd be interested in trying out the new Effaclar Duo [+] Unifant*. Naturally I said yes I'm already a fan of the original effaclar duo. The Unifant is still part of the Effaclar range, working to target spots at every stage, from the under the skin inflammatory stage, to taking away the pigmentation in the redness to reduced scaring. You can read my original review here, I still love it just as much now as I did then!

Furness Abbey
I'm really quite ashamed to admit it, this gorgeous Abbey is just a 3 minute drive from my house and I haven't visited in around 10 years. Earlier this week me and my mam decided to go for a walk down so I grabbed my camera and off we went! Our local abbey was one of the richest monasteries in England, now standing at over 900 years old the site is maintained by English Heritage. Unfortunately there's had to be some conservation work carried out over the last few years and some of the larger buildings are now covered in scaffolding to help it from sinking into the soft ground.

Origins GinZing Peel-Off Mask Review
If you've been a reader of my blog for sometime you'll most probably know I'm a huge fan of the Origins GinZing range, you can read me blabbing on about it here. Now when I seen this pop up on my Facebook feed I was instantly transported back to being 13 in Bodycare on a Saturday afternoon buying them cheap peel off face masks that were £1 each for you sleepover that night with your pals.
A refreshing face mask that works to smooth and refine your complexion made up of coffee beans to leave you feeling invigorated. My initial thoughts when applying was the smell, I'm sat here trying to sum it up and it's like if you mixed Glen's Vodka and a Terry's Chocolate Orange, lovely. The first time I used the mask was a total disaster, I was my usual frugal self and put a thin layer on, I soon found out you need to apply a rather generous layer to get anywhere with this mask otherwise you'll end up peeling the mask off in tiny pieces and spend all night hogging the bathroom.
